      控制電纜的使用壽命由護套材料的氧化誘導期決定。控制電纜的設計壽命一般為20年,這是控制電纜的使用壽命。雖然在現實生活中可能更長,但從安全角度來看,它的設計壽命是控制電纜的使用壽命。



      影響控制電纜使用壽命的因素及延長電纜使用壽命有:


      1.請勿潮濕、加熱或腐蝕控制電纜。由于電纜的護套對電纜有一定的保護作用,所以發熱和腐蝕對電纜的影響更大。


      2.不要使控制電纜過載。電纜過載會直接損壞電纜的絕緣和護套,影響電纜的使用壽命或直接損壞電纜。


      3.對于舊建筑的線路,如果發現被淹或潮濕,特別是線路年久失修、老化,應立即由電工進行維修。


      4.電纜應避免電纜接頭故障,這會導致電纜短路,不僅損壞電纜,甚至損壞電器。


      5.電纜產品:應盡可能選用國標電纜。便宜的非標電纜容易造成短路,非標電纜使用壽命短。


      6.電纜的環境和溫度。控制電纜所處的外部環境和熱源也會導致控制電纜溫度過高,絕緣擊穿,甚至爆炸起火。


      控制電纜適用于交流額定電壓為450/750伏及以下的電氣儀表的電線和自動控制系統的輸電線路。聚氯乙烯絕緣和聚氯乙烯護套控制電纜用于保護線路和其他場合。具有耐油、耐水、耐磨、耐酸堿和各種腐蝕性氣體、耐老化、不燃燒等優異性能。適用于冶金、電力、石化等行業。


      控制電纜防潮、耐腐蝕和防損壞,能夠在隧道或電纜溝內使用。電纜可以把電能從電力系統的配電點傳輸到各種電氣設備和電器的電力連接線中。


      電力電纜的額定電壓一般是在0.6/1kV及以上,控制電纜主要是450/750V。生產相同規格的電力電纜和控制電纜時,電力電纜的絕緣和護套厚度比控制電纜厚。
